Police have released two CCTV images of men they want to talk to following a serious assault on a man near Tunbridge Wells railway station.

The 40-year-old victim had just got off a train and was walking up Mount Pleasant Road when he was pushed by one of a group of four men walking up the hill.

As he was pushed he fell into a bench on the footpath and broke his shinbone.

He described the men as all in their late tenns.

The attack happened around 6.45pm on December 22.

The youth who appeared to carry out the assault is described as being in his late teens, 5ft 8ins tall, wearing braces on his teeth and was wearing jeans and a white hooded top.

Anyone with information about the assault or who may recognise the men from the images is asked to contact Kent Police on 01732 370224 or Kent Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting crime reference YY/002580/11.
